The Iicarn are Dr. Dreamscar's elite guard. They are winged creatures who wear masks. They do not speak (but one was willing to play charades), and carry powerful glowing blue spears.
During a recent episode of tension, both the Iicarn and Flarion dragons were seen battling over downtown Gier. The Iicarn are apparently able to take out a full grown Flarion with their blue spears. It was also observed that they may be predators, as one snatched a bird out of the air using its leupak like tongueclaw and ate it. It was also observed that they are not to remove their masks, as the one who raised its mask slightly was turned on by its companions and killed. Cannibalism is suspected.
The Iicarn have also been seen opening an aetherhole.
